These Terms govern your use of hqdataservicesllc.com and the Data Analyst Agent (together, the "Service"), operated by HQ Data Services LLC ("HQ Data Services," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service does
The Data Analyst Agent lets you upload a spreadsheet, ask a question about it, and receive automated profiling, data-cleaning suggestions, and summary tables/charts. A free tier is capped at 500 rows / 20 columns per upload and is rate-limited. A one-time payment unlocks CSV export of the results generated for that upload.
Payment and refunds
- The report unlock is a one-time payment of $19 (introductory pricing, subject to change for future purchases) per uploaded session, processed securely by Stripe.
- All sales are final once the report has been generated and unlocked. Because the deliverable (the analysis and export) is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds after unlock.
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a technical failure prevented you from receiving your unlocked report), contact info@hqdataservicesllc.com and we'll look into it.
Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that data, and that it does not violate any law or third party's rights. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded data is handled and how long it's retained.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload data you don't have the right to use, or that contains regulated data types (e.g., protected health information, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers) unless we've confirmed in writing that we support that data type.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or free-tier restrictions on the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
No professional advice
"As is" service
The Service, including the free demo and any generated analysis, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis, summary, or recommendation generated by the tool.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HQ Data Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
